How can I manage the second hand smoke that comes into my apt. from my neighbors?
March 14th, 2009 | by admin |I just moved into a new apt, a beautiful complex next to the ocean. I happen to have smokers who live on the balcony to my left, and one who lives just downstairs. Even with my windows closed, the odor seeps into my living space. I am a non-smoker and I my eyes water and my breathing is impaired. I just ordered an air purifier with activated charcoal, and that might help, but one expert warns that it will not work quickly, or on demand, to counter act the odors that invade my living space. Help!
